Bagel Tour Tidbits:

Did you know? Williamsburg in Brooklyn was named in 1802 after Colonel Jonathan Williams, a U.S. Army engineer and the grandnephew of Benjamin Franklin.

Did you know? Lox is salt-cured salmon (from Yiddish laks) that is never smoked, known for being very salty. Nova (short for Nova Scotia) is cured and then cold-smoked, resulting in a milder, smoky flavor.

The Simply Nova East Williamsburg Bagel Tour is about 1 ½ hours. Please wear comfortable shoes.
