The popular cheese cake emporium, Junior’s, which has been on Flatbush Avenue since 1950 has decided not to move or allow developers build on top of it. Good for them. The owner, Alan Rosen, seen above, stood up to the developer powers to be and said that he owns not just a restaurant but an institution. Just like Pennsylvania Station, it would be a crime to change it or tear it down. Go there and have a slice in support of Junior’s!
